Our Brownstone apartments come with a dishwasher, free WiFi and utilities, and 2 refrigerators (unit depending). Free laundry is available in the building. The Brownstone Buildings are also attached to a secure, indoor 2-level garage with spaces available for rent.

We think pets are the cat's pajamas! Which is why cats are warmly welcomed as rent-free residents in our Brownstone Building units. Although dogs are not allowed, we are happy to consider other kinds of pets on a case by case basis.

Flexible Lease Options
Group leases are our preferred agreement process. This ensures collective responsibility and saves you the hassle of securing a guarantor. While our leases typically run 12-months, 9-month leases can be made available as requested. Need to sublet? We can make that happen, too!
