Our Gould apartments feature spacious floor plans with plenty of natural light and modern finishes. Whether a 2, 3 or 4 bedroom unit, each bedroom is a minimum of 110 sq.ft. Apartments also offer 2 full bathrooms, 2 refrigerators, balconies and in-unit laundry rooms providing the additional space you need to spread out and save your daily life from clutter.

Our Gould apartments come with free WiFi, water/trash/sewer utilities included, a balcony, a dishwasher and microwave, and 2 refrigerators. Washer and dryer units are available in each apartment. The Gould Building is also attached to a secure, indoor 2-level garage with spaces available for rent. 

Moving can be expensive! That's why we have kept your convenience in mind, fully furnishing each Gould Building unit. Apartments come with a set of leather couch and chairs, coffee table, bar stools, full size beds or bunks with mattresses, and desks with chairs. Neutral carpeting ensures quiet ambience and easy potential for adding your own design flair.

Part of the fun of living off-campus is enjoying the hot spots of the city including historic Dinkytown, the heart of campus. The Gould & Brownstone Apartments are located directly across from Bierman Athletic Facility and a few blocks from Huntington Bank Stadium. Within mere blocks of the Gould & Brownstone Apartments are numerous bars and restaurants, shopping, the iconic Varsity Theater, and the classic Dinkytown Books. Group leases are our preferred agreement process. This ensures collective responsibility and saves you the hassle of securing a guarantor. While our leases typically run 12-months, 9-month leases can be made available as requested. Need to sublet? We can make that happen, too!
